Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim:

  • Keep the original shipping box and packaging
  • Contact us with photos and a description of the issue
  • Do not adjust your invoice or deduct any amountβ€”we will issue a credit or replacement if eligible

We cannot process claims without the original packaging or after the 7-day window.
